Jade Gregory’s current art practice comments on contemporary urban experiences, and includes imagery sourced from the mundanity of daily life. Humor and irony are paired with comic-style drawings and text to tackle issues of living in Toronto. Concepts are translated into further works- in the form of acrylic paintings and mixed media sculpture, with a touch of humour ever present.
